I wouldn't mind filling in multiple places if needed.
I've done somethings similar to that. While Shizune-san is Tsunade-Shishou's assistant, I've lost track of the times I've had to remind her of events coming up or make sure that her hangover isn't bad enough so she could keep awake during the day and run the village.
So I think I would be able to handle the work here, no problem.
