Well- I'm not sure exactly. I'd handle and maintain the equipment, review cases, learn or train for licenses in anything that might become necessary. Like being trained to heal, or getting my license as an official trainer so I'd have access to the people I worked with.
I know it sounds vague, but that's the simplest I could put it.
