I'd like to reassure everyone, however, that this will not impede any progress. We are more than capable of rising above such dark times, even without their guiding hands- I have utter faith in that.

[Another pause- as if he wants to say anything else- but he switches the PCD off.]

I am willing to take Jean Louis' responsibilities in addition to my own. If anyone has questions or concerns, please refer back to me.

Beka Cooper is also missing, but I have retrieved some of the maps she managed to make. We will have to reorganize a little to allow for her absence.

We cannot let these disappearances weaken us, no matter how they may hurt.

It's a matter of not interacting with her. I can keep both of your task forces as seperate as possible.

It's everyone who is wary or Raphael. It's the integrity of this force and the reputation we must uphold in order to be deserving of the public's trust. I will do everything in my power to keep her at bay, but if that is not sufficient, then I entrust yourself and miss Rei to act appropriately in my absence.
